What are the delivery times for orders?

- When it comes to delivery outside of Montreal, packages are sent the same day they are prepared< /b> via Canada Post with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a delivery time given the situation.

- Your order may be sent in an envelope, especially for jewelry or a mask, without a tracking number . If this is a problem for you, please write us a comment in your order.

- For all deliveries in Montreal, we work with Montreal Bike Delivery. Parcels are delivered directly to you.

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?

Yes, you can pick up your order directly in store.

Is it possible to exchange an item or get a refund?

All clothing, accessories and jewelry sold at regular price are exchangeable or refundable in the form of a credit note according to the conditions in force. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Final sale for lingerie, swimwear and sale products.

Purchase in store:

- 10 days to claim an exchange, a credit note or a refund.

Online purchase:

- 14 days after receipt of your order to claim an exchange, a credit note (in the form of a promo code).

Items on sale or on promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

I want to return an item, what are the steps?

For any order placed online, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return one or more items to us.

1 — CONTACT US

Write to us at command@belleetrebelle.ca indicating the item you wish to return so that we can communicate to you a reference number.

2 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

The item(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and have their original label.

3 — SEND YOUR PACKAGE

Return costs are your responsibility.

4 — TRACK YOUR RETURN

Once we have received your package and verified that it complies with our return conditions, we will make the credit note in the form of a promo code or we will send the new item s it is an exchange. We will keep you informed of the procedure by email.

Can I make a return directly to the store?

If you wish, you can return your item to us free of charge.

It is best to write to us before your arrival to let us know, thank you in advance.
