Exchanges and returns
All items sold at regular price on the Belle+Rebelle website are exchangeable or refundable in the form of a credit note according to the conditions in force. These terms are subject to change without notice.
Items on sale or on promotion are not exchangeable or refundable.
Swimwear and lingerie are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 14 days to make an exchange or return to get a credit note.
For all merchandise returns, you must first email us your order number and the reason for your return at email address email@example.com. We will then contact you to give you the procedure to follow.
After we have communicated with you, you have 10 working days to send the goods.

You can also come directly to the store to exchange or refund in the form of a credit note, but you must still contact us by email to notify us of the exchange or return you wish to make.
It should be noted that returned garments must be in their original condition, which means that they must not have been worn and/or washed and labels must be present on the article.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned item is no longer in its original condition.
The delivery costs for an exchange or return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you choose to take another item in exchange "Belle et Rebelle inc." will pay the delivery costs, if you choose a credit note you will have to pay the delivery costs of the order paid later by this credit note.
