Breast cancer is a real concern, and the month of October is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support research into this disease.

By raising awareness and funds, we are providing critical support to our mothers, sisters, daughters and women across the country who are battling this cancer. Although rates of breast cancer have declined slightly over the past two decades thanks to advances in screening and treatment, it remains the most common cancer among women. In fact, 1 in 8 women in economically developed countries are affected by breast cancer.
