DELIVERIES & RETURNS
For Christmas gifts you have until January 15th to make an exchange or receive a credit note.
Please note that no exchanges will be made on December 26th due to Boxing Day traffic.
For clothing, you always have 15 days to make an exchange or a credit note.
Sale or promotional items, cosmetics, and lingerie are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
You can go to the store to exchange it for free.
You are responsible for the return postage costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
1 — CONTACT US
Write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca indicating the item you wish to return so that we can provide you with a reference number .
2 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
The item(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tag attached.
3 — SEND YOUR PACKAGE
At the following address:

4 — TRACK YOUR RETURN
Once we receive your package and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will issue the credit note.

We can prepare a beautiful gift package for you with a receipt that doesn't show the amount. Simply let us know in the comments section when you place your order.
Orders for in-store pickup are prepared on the same day as the order.
Those that are sent are prepared 3 times a week.
If you want to receive your items before December 24th, we advise you to place your order before December 15th for delivery outside the Island of Montreal and before December 18th for delivery on the Island of Montreal .
Packages are shipped the same day they are prepared via various delivery companies; you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary during peak periods and are not guaranteed.
Yes, you can pick up your order the same day directly in store.

No, promo codes are not valid during Boxing Day. We already offer great discounts for this period and promo codes do not apply on top of current promotions.
