DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Shop pick-up orders are prepared the same day as the order. Those that are sent are prepared 3 times a week.
- When it comes to delivery outside of Montreal , packages are sent the same day they are prepared via Canada Post with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a delivery time.
- Your order may be sent in an envelope, if it is in particular a piece of jewelery without a tracking number . If this is a problem for you, please write us a comment in your order.
- For all deliveries in Montreal , we work with Courrant Plus . The parcels are quickly deposited in front of your home.
Yes, you can pick up your order the same day directly in store.
All clothing, accessories and jewelry sold at regular price are exchangeable or refundable only in the form of a credit note. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Purchase in store :
- 15 days to claim an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
Online purchase :
- 15 days after receipt of your order to claim an exchange, a credit note.
Items on sale or on promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For any order placed online, you have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. The return postage costs are your responsibility, but we take care of the exchange postage costs.
1 — CONTACT US
Write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca indicating the item you wish to return so that we can give you a reference number .
2 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
The item(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tag.
3 — SEND YOUR PACKAGE
To the following address:

4 — TRACK YOUR RETURN
Once we have received your package and checked that it complies with our return conditions, we will issue the credit note or we will send the new item if it is an exchange. We will keep you informed of the procedure by email.
Purchase in store :

Online purchase :
- 14 days after receipt of your order to claim an exchange, a credit note (in the form of a promo code).
Items on sale or on promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
If you wish, you can return your item to us free of charge .
It is preferable to write to us before your arrival to let us know, thank you in advance.
