DELIVERIES & RETURNS
You have 15 days to make an exchange or return for a credit note.
Sale or promotional items, cosmetics, and lingerie are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
You can visit the store to make the exchange for free.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
1 — CONTACT US
Write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca indicating the item you wish to return so that we can provide you with a reference number.
2 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
The item(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tag.
3 — SEND YOUR PACKAGE

4 — TRACK YOUR RETURN
Once we receive your package and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will issue the credit note
or proceed with sending the new item if it is an
exchange. We will keep you informed of the process by email.
Before any return or exchange, please write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca indicating your order number and the item concerned. We will send you the steps to follow as well as a reference number.
Orders for in-store pickup are prepared on the same day as the order.
Those that are shipped are prepared three times a week.
Packages are shipped the same day they are prepared via various delivery companies, and you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary during busy periods and are not guaranteed.
Yes, it is possible for you to pick up your order the same day directly in the store. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

- 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or a credit note (in the form of a promo code).

The following items are final sales: sale or promotional items, cosmetics, underwear, and swimwear. They are neither exchangeable nor eligible for a credit note.

Yes. We can prepare gift wrapping with a receipt that does not show the amount. Just specify this in the comment section when placing your order.
A size chart is available with each product. You can also write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca and we will reply as quickly as possible.
