Items on sale or promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Swimwear and lingerie are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 14 days to exchange or return it for a credit note.

For all merchandise returns, you must first email us your order number and the reason for your return to commande@belleetrebelle.ca. We will then contact you with further instructions.

After we have contacted you, you have 10 working days to proceed with the shipment of the goods .

You can also come directly to the store to exchange or receive a refund in the form of a credit note, but you must still contact us by email to notify us of the exchange or return you wish to make.

It should be noted that returned clothing must be in its original condition, meaning that it must not have been worn and/or washed and the labels must be present on the item.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned item is no longer in its original condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you choose to exchange for another item, "Belle et Rebelle inc." will cover the shipping costs. If you choose a credit note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the order paid for later with that credit note.
