Exchanges and returns
At Belle & Rebelle, items purchased at regular price can be exchanged or returned under the conditions below.Please note thatno refund is offered, in-store or online.
Returns entitle you to a credit note only, usable on a future order.
Returns of items sent abroad are not accepted.
–Deadline
You have 15 days after receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return for a credit note.–Final sale itemsSale or promotional items, as well as lingerie and cosmetics, are final sales.
They cannot be returned, exchanged, or eligible for a credit note.–ExchangesExchanges are possible free of charge in-store.In the case of an exchange by mail, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we cover the shipping of the new item.–How to proceedBefore any return or exchange, please write to us at commande@belleetrebelle.ca by indicating your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is no longer in its original condition.ProcessingOnce your package is received and checked, we will issue a credit note or send the new item in the case of an exchange.
