Return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a store credit.
All items sold at regular price on the Belle+Rebelle website are exchangeable or refundable as store credit under the current conditions. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
Sale or promotional items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Lingerie is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns of items sent from abroad are not accepted.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 15 days to make an exchange or return to receive a store credit.
For all merchandise returns, you must first email us your order number and the reason for your return at the email address commande@belleetrebelle.ca. We will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
After we have contacted you, you have 10 business days to send the merchandise.

You can also come directly to the store to make an exchange or receive a store credit refund, but you must still contact us by email to notify us of the exchange or return you wish to make.
Please note that returned clothing must be in its original condition, meaning it must not have been worn and/or washed and the tags must be attached to the item.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned item is no longer in its original condition.
Return Fees
Shipping costs to return an item to us are the responsibility of the customer, whether for an exchange or a return.
If you choose a return, we will issue a store credit for the eligible amount, which can be used later online or in-store.
If you choose an exchange, once the returned item is received, Belle & Rebelle will ship the new item at its expense.
