WASHING AND CARING FOR WOOL

• Wool doesn't need to be washed every time you wear it. Its fibers have a natural protective coating, making them resistant to dirt and dust. Instead, hang it up to air out.
• To wash wool, use a wool-specific detergent at 30°C on a gentle spin cycle. For heavier garments, gently squeeze out excess water without wringing.
• Dry wool garments flat on a drying rack, placing a towel underneath to absorb drips. Hanging wool to dry may cause the pieces to lose their shape.
• Fold knitwear and store it in drawers with mothballs. The weight of the wool will distort the garment if it is hung up.
• Pilling occurs naturally with friction and can be easily removed with a de-pilling comb or fabric shaver.
