Care Guide:

We recommend treating your leather bag once or twice a year, as needed and depending on your use, with a leather protector to increase its durability, flexibility, and preserve its appearance.

Since we favor leathers that have undergone minimal processing, it is important to waterproof the bag well. This protection will also prevent staining your clothes. Many of our decorative fabrics are also handmade and hand-dyed and therefore require the same care.

You can find the appropriate product at a cobbler or a quality shoe retailer. We advise always testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area of the bag first.

For a longer lifespan of your bag, avoid leaving it near a heat source: leather dries out and hardens.

If the handbag proves defective due to material or workmanship under normal use within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge. However, Kazak will not be responsible for maintenance or excessive use of your bag.
