With a sweet chamomile top note and a slight bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate, this blend is flavorful without being overly perfumed or “ginger.” This makes it great for those who are extra sensitive during that time of the month…or who hate ginger.
I recommend this tea to anyone suffering from PMS and mild menstrual cramps. If you suffer from strong or severe menstrual cramps like me, this tea is a good addition to your “monthly care kit”, but it may not be enough on its own
