Decorating the tree is a tradition of pagan origin that dates back to the Middle Ages. First practiced in Germanic countries, it spread throughout the world from the 19th century. Before its association with the Christian religion and Christmas gifts, the tree, thanks to its persistent nature, was seen as a symbol of rebirth at the end of the winter solstice. The "Sapin et Cassis" soap mixes the scent of balsam fir with the fruity hint of blackcurrant, which elevates and perpetuates the fresh and woody effect of this endearing scent.
The rich and moisturizing soaps are entirely handmade, palm oil free , with shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil and coconut oil. A little luxury combining environmental concern and pleasure for the senses.
