• Light the herb and set your intentions and gratitude. Using your hands or a feather, gently bring the smoke toward you and into your environment.
  
• Invite the smoke to purify each of your centers: the eyes to see clearly, the nose to smell well, the mouth to use words wisely, the ears to hear, the top of your head to create space, the throat to open your truth, the heart to connect to love, your womb to create, and any other center that needs it.
  
• Let the herb extinguish itself; this is sacred. Trust that the plant will purify what is necessary. (Stay close until it goes out).
