Use

Moisten your skin. Apply one pump to your hand or a cloth and lather the shower gel by rubbing your skin. Gently cleanse your body. Rinse with water.

This shower gel is safe for pregnant women.

Aqua (water), Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate (plant-source cleansing agent), Sodium chloride (mineral viscosity adjuster), Glycerin (plant-source moisturizing agent), Lauryl glucoside (plant-source agent), Lauryl glucoside (plant-source agent), Citric acid agent (plant-based chelating agent), ethylhexylglycerin (synthetic and biodegradable preservative), lauramine oxide (plant-based cleaning agent), benzyl alcohol (nature-identical preservative), parfum/Fragrance (mix containing at least 50% essential oils and our fragrance designed without chemical agents).
